Dex-Cool can be mixed with other conventional ethylene glycol-based types of antifreeze. Although, as a rule of thumb, we do not recommend mixing different colored antifreezes, as this could cause radiator and cooling system damage. Always refer to the owners’ manual when selecting antifreeze for your vehicle.
